AI content creator / artist

Company

We are looking for AI content creators.

People who already live in the world of generative AI, not those who are just entering it.

People who tinker, test, watch tutorials at 2 a.m., who spend more time on Runway, Midjourney, ComfyUI, or Pika than on Instagram.

We are looking for creative people who are willing to get their hands dirty.

That combine art, post-production, directing, editing, and experimentation.

Who see content and can say, "I'll do this in AI. It's better."

We are looking for:

A full-time position, becoming our resident AI content creator,
, and a community of freelance AI artists to be involved on a project-by-project basis.
If you get excited when someone says, "Let's try something new," you might be in the right place.

Something you could do with us, really (not just in theory)

Creation of static AI

Start with images taken ad hoc to create new subjects and variations in AI using generative models
Create layouts, visuals, mood boards, references, and storyboards entirely in AI.
Expand visual worlds, make variations, check consistency and style.
Produce assets for presentations, pitches, campaigns, and editorial formats.

AI Video Creation

Create social videos using AI: loops, micro-narratives, promos, announcements, teasers.
Work with generative video tools, video-to-video, image-to-video.
Perform post-production and editing to give consistency and rhythm to the content.
Experiment with new models, plug-ins, workflows (from Runway to Pika to OpenAI Video).

Production process

Working with strategists, creative directors, content creators, and motion designers.
Studying new models, testing updates, conducting tests, and continuous research.
Proposing ideas, solutions, presets, methodologies, and AI-powered templates.
This is not a "support" role.ย

Skills we would like to see already

Knowledge (even if limited, but genuine) of at least 2โ€“3 tools from among: Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ComfyUI, Krea, Leonardo, OpenAI, Sora, DaVinci, Premiere, After Effects, Stable Diffusion.
You have already created content: visuals, animations, mini-videos, concepts.
You know how to do basic video editing, simple compositing, color grading, and sync to music.
You have an aesthetic eye: you know what works, what's cringe, what's "now."
You have a natural sense of direction: framing, rhythm, micro-narratives.
You keep up to date with new models and updates.
You don't need to be "senior." You need to be obsessed, in the right way.

What will you be working on?ย

AI content for fashion, lifestyle, education, food, and tech brands.
Vertical productions for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and social media advertising.
Materials for creative presentations, concept decks, and communication pitches.
Short-form AI videos.
Special projects, campaigns, editorials, activations, and mood films.
Pure experimentation: workflows, presets, and new visual languages.

What else would we like to find?

A maker mindset rather than a "thinker" mindset.
Ability to work fast, adapt, iterate, change.
Visual culture and desire to improve every week.
A small AI portfolio (also on Behance, Drive, TikTok, IG).
A unique artistic sensibility: we're not looking for copies, we're looking for styles.
A certain amount of nerdiness, in the best sense of the word.

What is it like to work here?

Building a start-up is an intense and wonderful experience.

That's why we often meet at the office: we like to share, discuss things together, and get hands-on with projects. We don't have any fixed rules about remote working: just common sense and mutual responsibility.

No schedules, no time cards, no rigidity โ€” lots of autonomy, lots of trust.

You will enjoy it if:

You are open to change and experimentation;
you are not afraid to question yourself;
you want to grow as quickly as possible;
you are interested in building something, not just "making deliveries";
you see feedback as an ally, not an attack.

There may be no match if:

You need a lot of control or rigid processes;
You tend to be more reactive than proactive;
You find it difficult to work in a team;
For you, proving that you are already good is more important than becoming even better.

If this resonates with you, send us your portfolio and a few lines about yourself.

We don't want a better version of you, but the real you.
