We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer & Art Director to join our creative team. The candidate will be responsible for creating graphic materials for a corporate client, ensuring quality, visual consistency, and innovation in every project.
🎨 Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign and strong experience in managing complex layouts.
Advanced skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and preferably Adobe Firefly or other generative AI software for image creation.
Creativity and passion for design, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills through design.
Proven experience in the role of Graphic Designer and/or Art Director.
Knowledge of trends in the world of design and communication.
A propensity for problem-solving and working in interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Residence in Milan or willingness to work at our headquarters.
Responsibilities and required skills:
Design and develop innovative visual concepts in line with clients' brand identities.
Design graphics for digital and traditional campaigns (social media, print, web, etc.).
Manage the entire creative process, from conception to final realization.
Create booklets, catalogs, and brochures, ensuring precise and orderly layout.
Translate copy and strategic briefs into eye-catching infographics and visuals.
Supervise and direct graphic design projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
Collaborate with the team to define effective and engaging visual strategies.
Comply with brand guidelines and ensure visual alignment across all materials.
Check and manage files to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
Export and prepare files for printing with precision.
