As Art Director, you will lead the visual aspect of projects, ensuring quality, consistency, innovation, and attention to detail. You will supervise the creation of creative materials and support junior staff in their professional development and in defining the team's visual language.

Responsibility

Design and develop complex visual concepts for different channels and formats.
Supervise graphic execution, provide feedback, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Independently manage projects and campaigns, liaising with strategists, copywriters, and producers.
Mentor Junior Art Directors, sharing methods and best practices.
Collaborate on the development of design systems, brand books, and cross-media materials.
Ensure innovation and updating of visual language in line with trends and new technologies.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a creative agency.
Proficiency in composition, typography, color grading, motion, and digital design.
Advanced knowledge of visual production tools and creative pipelines.
Fluent English.
Collaborative leadership and mentoring skills.
Aesthetic vision, design rigor, and attention to detail.
Clear communication and ability to present visual choices.
Organization, problem-solving, and independent project management.
