This room is dominated by the nine Brain Drain Tales jacquard tapestries (fig. 6), visual epics with intense, contrasting colors that intertwine textile tradition and
technological innovation, evoking contemporary myths of memory and resistance.
Next to it, the imposing inflatable sculpture Prono Superego (fig. 5), surrounded by an iron cage and a psychedelic LED display with sounds by Marcela Pavia, envelops the audience in a synesthetic experience where light, form, and music merge.
Opposite, the site-specific work
FUOCO! (fig. 7) celebrates
the primordial element as a universal totem: a vital flame and symbol of the mission of the Casa degli Artisti itself, guardian of creativity, culture, and their incessant rebirth.
