DMCA Policy

1. Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on ARTISTINCT infringes your copyright, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice. The notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the material allegedly infringing the rights
• Contact information of the complainant
• Good faith statement
• Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Physical or electronic signature

2. Review Process

Once a valid DMCA notice is received, ARTISTINCT will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the material
• Notify the user who uploaded the content
• Give the user the opportunity to submit a counter-notice

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will inform the original complainant and restore the content within 10-14 business days, unless the complainant informs us that they have initiated legal action.
